Welcome to our family involvement policy form.

The Carrefour francophone de Sudbury is proud to support families in their commitment to the French language in order to fulfill our mission of ensuring the vitality of French and bringing our cultures together.
We firmly believe that every French word shared at home is one step closer to a future rich in culture, diversity and linguistic pride.

The purpose of this form is to gain a better understanding of the family, school and community contexts in which our young people live, in order to encourage initiatives that support and promote the use of French in everyday life.

Your answers will help us achieve our mission. This questionnaire only takes a few minutes to complete, and your answers will remain confidential.
