Please contact the childcare centre you’re interested in to begin the registration process. Our supervisors will be thrilled to save a spot for your child and help prepare the transition from home to our centre. We will be happy to arrange one or many preparatory visits.

If you’ve been approved by the City and you’ve contacted the supervisor, we’ll send you an email to complete registration. In the meantime, see if you’re eligible for subsidies.

How to create a Digibot account?

After completing the three steps above and receiving an email to complete registration, you will have to log into our Digibot platform. Here are the steps to follow when loging in for the first time:
  1. In order to complete your child’s first registration via the online portal, you will have to create your account. Click on Go to the portal at the bottom of the page, then on Create an Account.
  2. Follow the steps as indicated on-screen. During this process, an activation link will be sent to you by email. You must click this link in order to validate your email address.
  3. Once your account has been created and your email address has been confirmed, login to your account.
  4. Once in your account, you will have to create the participant files for the participants you wish to register.
  5. In order to complete your child’s registration, click on New Registration under the applicable participant’s name. You can then select the desired program.
