Produce, Perform, Wow!
The “À toi, la scène” grand theatre camp is back! It is a theatre training program for young people, in the form of a two-week summer day camp.
The first week is devoted to exploring the actor’s tools (voice, diction, breathing, movement, text learning, theatrical terminology, character creation, etc.) and discovering behind-the-scenes trades (set design, costume design, sound environment, lighting, stage management, technical direction, etc.). The second week is devoted to the preparation of a theatrical show, presented to friends and family on the last afternoon of the camp. It’s a fun and festive way to put what they have learnt into practice!
This camp allows children to develop their creativity and imagination, and learn more about the performing arts. They will also have the chance to work with theatre professionals, who will share their passion and know-how with them!

Captains will be able to sign up for volunteer hours. If you are interested or would like to register, please write to mediation@letno.ca, Maxime Cayouette, Mediation and Public Development Coordinator, Théâtre du Nouvel-Ontario.
