Dear families,
Yesterday, the Government of Ontario has announced the prolonged closure of its schools until May 4th, at the earliest. We care to inform you of recent developments.
This decision to extend the closing of schools directly affects our childcare services, including our early childcare centres (daycares) and our Tremplins (before and after school programs). The purpose of this extended closure is to stop the spread of the COVID-19.
Although we would have loved to be able to welcome your children back into our centres on April 6th, le Carrefour francophone understands and composes with this decision. We sincerely hope that our communities remain healthy and that everything returns to normal as soon as possible.
You will not be billed while our programs and services are suspended. You will receive your billing statements, all showing a balance of 0$, upon return to daycare.
We have created private Facebook groups for each centre. This will allow you to stay connected with other parents and children from your centre and its staff. Click here.
Follow our cultural adventures online onFacebook, Instagram and carrefour.ca today!
We hope that the situation will return to normal by the start of summer. Seeing as many groups are already full, we invite you to register your children as soon as possible. You will be reimbursed if the program is not offered. Click here.
Our administration offices continue to remain closed as well, until further notice. Our team has been working remotely for a couple of weeks. To reach a member of our administrative team, the staff directory can be found here.
