Dear parents and guardians,
Yesterday, March 12, the Government of Ontario ordered all schools in the province to close starting March 14 and to remain closed until April 5 inclusively, in order to avoid spreading the coronavirus (COVID-19). All school boards in our area will close their schools starting Saturday.
As a result, the Carrefour francophone de Sudbury has received the directive to suspend all of its childcare services, including music lessons at Clé de Sol. Thus, our music lessons in CSPGNO and CSCNO schools, as well as lessons at our head office (14 Beech street) are suspended from March 14 to April 5.
Carrefour francophone will not bill families during this period. We will soon provide you with details on the billing logistics. This will not affect your registration at la Clé de Sol.
We also invite your children to continue practicing until their next lesson
We will remain in constant communication with you and we will keep you informed on future developments. Please be sure to check our emails, social media accounts and website regularly so you won’t miss any important information about COVID-19 and the services provided by Carrefour francophone.
We receive our instructions from the Ministry of Education, Public Health authorities and our school partners and we follow their recommendations at all times. We firmly believe that these measures will help to protect your family’s health and security.
